I was introduced to mathematics and physical sciences at school and it was in high school that I considered a career in this area. The desire to study the applied physical sciences and mathematics prompted me to take admission in the engineering and was transformed into teaching. I have taught subjects like elementary math, algebra, calculus, basics of electrical engineering, electrical machines, power electronics, control theory and other core electrical engineering subjects. I have taught students at various levels starting from age group 4-21. This experience not only allowed me to work very closely with different student groups, but also enriched my abilities as a team player in generation of novel ideas and troubleshooting. I am a proponent of active learning and use a variety of methods to encourage discussion and interaction on the topics the course presents. I make sure to bring out the real abilities in the student and imbibe better learning.
