I have a passion for engineering and an appreciation for the beauty of math that I strive to pass on to my students. With that being said, I'm no stranger to the fact that math can be hard and at times boring. I want to help students overcome that and become as proficient at the subject as they can be. As a senior in aerospace engineering, I get to see the world in math and use it to solve problems every day. This has not only made me good at it but given me an appreciation I wouldn't have dreamed of having in high school. I love learning about math and science as well as sharing that knowledge with others.

What is your teaching philosophy?

My methods are pretty transparent - and it's no secret that practice is the key to success when it comes to math. I can help the student get better at identifying what they know and don't know so that they can correctly identify their own gaps in their understanding of the algorithm, which leads to quicker learning.
