Learning a new subject can be not only challenging but sometimes downright confusing or even boring! Let's partner together to make discovering new ideas fun and help you connect to your subjects in a way that is meaningful to your life. My goal for every student is to support you to increase confidence in your skills while I provide guidance in subjects. We will identify your strengths and build upon them, creating an individualized tutoring plan that targets areas in which you hope to grow. As we work together you will have opportunities to see measurable changes and receive clear and concise feedback. I'm also here to listen and believe the investment you have in your education is what can drive our success. I am a certified K-8 teacher!

What is your teaching philosophy?
I believe strongly in supporting students to connect with the material in a meaningful way. Teaching is an opportunity for us to make learning fun and exciting!
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Our first session is dedicated to identifying your learning goals and creating an individualized tutoring plan. We'll get to know each other and explore your interests. The first session is also our time to set the expectations for our work together.
