What is your teaching philosophy?
Both teachers and students should share the common goal of acquiring an education that will allow individuals to develop skills and gain knowledge that will be beneficial to them in various different ways. Teachers need to possess the desire to teach and students need to possess the desire to learn in order for either of them to achieve the goal of education. Education is a process that takes a lot of hard work and dedication in order to be successful. Teachers will develop lesson plans, administer tests, and direct projects in order to ensure that their students are receiving the best education possible. On the other hand, students that desire a meaningful education will engage in the lessons, take the tests, and participate in the projects that their teachers present to them in order to learn the lessons that are being taught.
