I have 14 years of teaching experience under my belt and am certified to teach grades K-8. I especially enjoy English/Language Arts and Math tutoring. This year I decided to step out of the classroom in order to pursue some personal ambitions and to focus on tutoring students one-on-one. I love helping students make connections between the known and the unknown. Being a Varsity Tutor means that I get to have that experience and work with students week after week to see personal growth. Oftentimes in a crowded classroom, I didn't get to make that connection as often as I would've liked. I am excited to work with you to begin our learning journey together!!

I believe that ALL students are capable of learning. My job is to find the strategy or fun "game" that makes the light bulb turn on!
