Reflecting on my educational experiences, I appreciate the immeasurable impact that teachers make on the lives of students. When I lived in Morocco, I have worked with young people as a teacher and youth worker in rural community schools in Morocco, I planned, prepared and delivered educational activities that engaged students in debate and general awareness raising about the broader global environment. Then I moved to the United States and started an MBA degree while again teaching French and Arabic as a language partner at the University of North Alabama. Many of the students I had were able to get prestigious scholarships abroad to enhance their language abilities.
My experience working in varied environments has enabled me to develop a range of practical skills. I am able to manage effectively, conduct activities safely and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. Further, I am very creative and enjoy sourcing materials that make learning interesting. Most importantly, my ability to work well with others, motivate, is a very significant contribution that I am confident I can bring to the course.

What is your teaching philosophy?
The best teachers are those who never stop learning and continue striving to
improve. It is important to realize that teaching is full of surprises and new
situations, and one must be ready to adapt, react, and discover new strategies.
What remains true-- it is the necessity to create a meaningful learning
environment and to understand how to relate one's knowledge to students.
