I am a graduate of Southern Oregon University. I recieved a Bachelor of Arts in English and Writing. I have taught English as a Foreign Language at an elementary school in China, K-6 science with Americorps in Oregon and Idaho and English as a Second Language at a college in Chicago. I have enjoyed success with a wide range of students; seeing their skills develop is something in which I take pride. I believe education is vital to a well-rounded life and I try to ingrain that in my students. Outside tutoring sessions and classrooms, I enjoy playing guitar, drums, watching sports with friends and riding a bicycle.
