Junior Engineers
Grades 6-8
Get your young scientist ready to design, build, and experiment with weekly Junior Engineers workshops. Here they’ll learn engineering principles, such as simple machines, thrust and velocity, and product testing, through hands-on design and creation projects. Each week will feature a different project and theme. Projects will use common household items and school supplies, so everyone can create, build, and enjoy.Suggested materials to have handy: pencil, paper, tape, cardboard (e.g. paper towel rolls), toothpicks, paperclips, paper/plastic cups, and a lot of creativity and imagination.
