As a graduate of Cal State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, I have over 10 years of experience in tutoring and classroom settings. My journey in education began as an instructional aide in an elementary special education classroom, where I first discovered my passion for working with students. I find immense joy in fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages growth in subjects like Algebra, Elementary Math, Reading, and Writing, as well as Middle School Science. A memorable moment solidified my commitment to education when a non-verbal student recognized me from years prior, beaming with joy. This experience reinforced my belief that we can make a lasting impact on young minds. I am dedicated to helping all students succeed by tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs and nurturing their confidence in learning.
