I am a Senior Human Resources professional. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, my Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and my Organizational Coach Certification at GSP Venezuela. I have more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources in renowned American and European multinationals. I am grateful because, along my professional career, I have supported others in their personal and professional development.
As part of my functions, I facilitated training and workshops at all organizational levels in small, medium, and large organizations on various topics, such as human resources subsystems, leadership programs, corporate values, development of technical/soft skills, and personal capabilities. In addition, I had the opportunity to mentor several students and direct reports to obtain their Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
My native language is Spanish, and I love my culture, traditions, and heritage. Therefore, I am highly motivated to support others in learning SPANISH and Tutoring in HR, Personal Finance, Business and Leadership.
I am a dog lover, and in my free time, I enjoy traveling and nature which enriches my life, yoga, meditation, and stock trading.
