Certified Tutor

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a Health and Human track from Florida International University. I also have an Associate Degree in Computer Information System from Miami Dade College. Since I graduated High School, I have been tutoring K-12 students. I also teach English as a second language since I am a certified ESL instructor (TESOL certificate). The subjects I enjoy tutoring are English, Spanish, and Elementary School Mathematics. I mostly focus on the grammar and pronunciation of both languages, but I can also expand my teaching to the other major structural components. I help my students from regular school assignments to admission exams. I can also tutor AP Spanish Language and Culture and prepare for Final Exams. Tutoring has always been a big passion of mine, I like to help students strive and achieve their goals. As a student myself, I know what it's like to need help and be afraid to ask for it, so I always encourage students to ask for help whenever they feel lost.
