Hello everyone! I am an (almost) graduate of SUNY Geneseo in upstate NY. I majored in childhood and special education with a concentration in environmental studies. I am awaiting to complete student teaching and the edTPA this upcoming fall and finally receive my diploma in December 2020. Due to the pandemic, many of my plans fell through this summer but a friend suggested I continue in the field of education through Varsity Tutors! I want to use this platform to put into practice everything that I learned during my undergrad experience. This includes ELA 1-6th grade, particularly phonics and reading comprehension, elementary math and science, as well as offer my knowledge of Spanish, as fluent native speaker. I am so happy I can continue supporting students in their educational endeavors through this platform, even through these challenging times.
