Certified Tutor

I am currently a student at Carleton College, working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Math and Computer Science, potentially with a minor in Spanish. I am a graduate of Scarsdale High School. I love tutoring students in Math, Spanish, and Computer Science! I've tutored elementary, middle school, and high school students, and greatly enjoy working with each age group. Outside of class, I enjoy programming games, filming movies, and performing in sketch comedy shows I've written. I love Spanish culture and travelled to Spain on foreign exchange, eating Spanish food, visiting landmarks and museums, and only communicating in Spanish. Seeing a concept "click" for a struggling student time and time again motivates me to teach and reaffirms by belief that no student lacks the ability to understand any subject clearly. Conversely, I believe no concept or subject lacks a clear explanation. As Einstein has stated and many others have quoted, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough."
