I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I received Bachelor's degrees in engineering physics and astronomy. While attending university, I tutored students in mathematics in an online setting. The subjects I tutor include algebra, calculus, astronomy, chemistry, and physics, as well as ACT prep for the mathematics and science portions.
My tutoring style is a direct, clear approach to the most important concepts of the courses. I have found that almost everything in mathematics and science can be learned easily after you've masterfully conquered the basic concepts.
When I am not tutoring, I enjoy reading, hiking, board games, and playing the tuba.
