Certified Tutor

I am originally from Whitefish Bay, WI, and moved to the Twin Cities to attend Macalester College. I double majored in Educational Studies and Psychology with a minor in Hispanic Studies. During my time at Macalester College, I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I took university classes with Argentinians and immersed myself in the bustling city life. Since then, I have travelled several times to Ecuador to visit my husband's family.

After graduating Macalester College, I gained years of experience working in the Minneapolis Public School district. I worked at a Spanish Immersion School for five years, and have worked in various capacities in different schools tutoring students in reading and math. Most recently, I have been working with adults as an instructor and facilitator for professional development opportunities.

I recently moved back to the Milwaukee area and am looking for tutoring opportunities for learners of all ages. I look forward to sharing my wealth of knowledge, my test-prep tips, and my patient, fun tutoring style with you! (En español, también!)
