I have been teaching chemistry classes (Organic Chemistry I & II, General Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry) at top-level universities in the US for the past ten years and I am passionate about helping students gain confidence in a challenging subject such as Organic Chemistry. Nothing is greater for me (and of course the student) than when it suddenly "clicks"! When tutoring, I like to draw out the problem/reaction step by step first myself, and then use a different example of the same problem/reaction and have the student explain to me how it is solved.
