As a grad student, I taught Discourse 100 and 200 at UMKC. Prior to my employment at Varsity Tutors, I tutored students on the ACT (32) and SAT (1420). Although I aspire to continue my education in math, I still use my BA in English to tutor students on the verbal side; both skills help me provide students with a comprehensive approach to the ACT. To maximize efficiency, I utilize an individualized approach targeted at students' weaker areas.
