I received my Bachelor of Arts in History. Since graduation, I worked with Exceptional Student Education, teaching Math and Science in Indiana. When I moved to Florida, I became a GED Instructor, teaching each subject on the test with individualized education plans. I have always enjoyed tutoring a wide range of subjects, but I am most passionate about History, English, and Math. I also tutor in GED preparation. I find the best way to reach students while tutoring is to break concepts down in a way they will understand, then go step by step in helping them get to the correct answer. I have experience in helping students become comfortable with their writing skills. In my free time, I enjoy reading and listening to true crime and historical podcasts.
