About Me

Hello! I am a new tutor and second-year BS/MD student at RPI and Albany Medical College, majoring in Biology. My interest in tutoring began in high school, where I helped classmates in math and chemistry. I also founded a chemistry club for middle school girls to spark early interest in science and prepare them for academic competitions. I am currently a TA for Organic Chemistry at RPI. I tutor AP Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, AP Biology, and SAT Math. Chemistry is my favorite subject to teach, and I was in the top 150 students in the US National Chemistry Olympiad and won the National Science Bowl twice. My tutoring style is flexible and student-focused. I adapt each session to the individual's learning style, combining my own teaching materials with any resources the student prefers. I emphasize building a strong understanding of core concepts first, followed by practice problems and application of test prep strategies to reinforce knowledge and speed.
