About Me

I'm a journalist and former teacher with experience teaching and tutoring middle and high school students. I earned a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a master's in teaching from the University of Chicago. I especially love working with students on their writing, from school assignments to college essays. It's exciting to see students go from feeling blocked to writing freely and learning to revise and polish their work.
