About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Louisiana Monroe with a Bachelor's degree of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry and a Master's degree of Science in biology. I focused on critical thinking integration into introductory biology courses during my graduate assistantship. Afterward, I studied medicine at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine until 2023. I currently teach Anatomy and Physiology labs at the collegiate level. My goal is to guide students in thinking critically while providing a solid foundation for them to adapt their learning abilities. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, knitting/crocheting, and spending time with my friends and family.
