Being the eldest of four brothers exposed me to the responsibilities of caring for and teaching them, which ignited my desire to pursue a career in education. I have worked as a preschool teacher as well as taught grades 1-8. These experiences have allowed me to understand students at a very early age. This hands-on experience not only improved my teaching skills but also deepened my understanding of the mind of a child.

Reading is another popular hobby, whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, or even poetry. Volunteering or engaging in community service can also be a fulfilling way to spend time. Ultimately, the best hobbies are those that bring happiness and a sense of fulfillment. As a football coach, you focus on strategy, physical conditioning, and understanding the game. You'll work on drills to improve players’ agility, strength, and coordination while teaching them about offensive and defensive strategies. Building a cohesive team culture is key, as football relies heavily on teamwork and communication. On the other hand, being a baseball coach involves different skill sets, such as teaching batting techniques, pitching strategies, and defensive positioning. You’ll spend time focusing on hand-eye coordination and developing players’ understanding of the game’s tactics. Encouraging a love for the game while promoting patience and perseverance is vital in baseball, as it’s often a slower-paced sport with lots of opportunities for strategic thinking. Both coaching roles require strong leadership and the ability to motivate players, foster teamwork, and create a positive learning environment. Each sport also offers its own set of challenges and rewards, making coaching a fulfilling experience regardless of the discipline.
