About Me

As a substitute teacher for 3.5 years, I have had the privilege of working with students from K-12, though I found my time with elementary students to be the most fulfilling. Their eagerness to learn and explore new ideas inspired me to dedicate my efforts to making their learning experiences engaging and meaningful. Helping young minds grasp concepts and watching their progress has always been a source of joy and motivation for me. I hold a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management with an emphasis on Strategic Planning. My passion for education has led me to work with students across various subjects during my college days. Although I've taught different subjects based on grade levels, I particularly enjoy tutoring reading and comprehension skills. These are foundational for academic success. I also love helping students develop these crucial skills in a way that builds both confidence and understanding. My teaching approach is centered around creating an open and interactive learning environment. I believe every student has a unique learning style, and by understanding their needs, I can tailor lessons that make learning fun and enjoyable.
