About Me

I am a graduate of Indiana University Southeast with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I am a retired elementary teacher and I taught off and on since my graduation in 1977. I retired in 2020. My last 19 years of teaching was at a private school with a mix of students of all abilities learning together in a way to help each student. I am able to tutor any subject at the elementary level from K-6. I have experience with all of these grades. Because of the last school I taught at, I have experience with children with learning disabilities and differences such as ADHD. I believe in meeting the students where they are and boosting their confidence.
