My extensive experience in nursing for 27 years have allowed me to build upon skills and passion for mentoring and teaching nurses especially those that are new to the profession. I am got my BSN degree in the Philippines and have obtained my double Master degree in Nursing and Health Administration from University of Phoenix. My proximity to the clinical area throughout the years in my nursing career allowed me to see the need to prepare the next generation in the profession. I am passionate about teaching and I find it rewarding to see others succeed.
