About Me

I graduated from East Carolina University which a Bachelor in Science degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Biology. I have been teaching students for 28 years. I have taught grades K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th. I have also taught a K-1 and a 2-3 combo class. I currently teach 6th grade ELA and 6th grade math. Science has always been my favorite subject, but I have a new love for Ancient history too. I enjoyed walking my dogs, spending time with my family, swimming and painting.
