About Me

Hi there! I'm a licensed elementary school teacher with a heart for helping kids grow in their love for reading and learning. I earned my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Western Oregon University and hold certification to teach English to students who are learning English as a second (or third) language. Over the years, I've taught elementary school and pre-school, and I spent two years working as a behavioral therapist for children with autism. This experience deepened my understanding of how every child learns in their own special way. I'm excited to partner with you and your child to make this school year full of confidence, growth, and joy!
