- I also volunteered with organizations like Girls Who Code and First Bytes at UT Austin in my spare time.
- However, by 2015 I realized that the work I did with students was much more satisfying to me and decided to switch to teaching full time.
About Me
I graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor's in Computer Science in 2012, and by 2013 I was living in Chicago working as a consulting developer, helping create software for clients around the country. I've now taught AP courses, CTE courses, and even Elementary programming courses in a wide range of languages. I truly believe that everyone benefits from basic computer literacy, and really enjoy helping students understand computer logic as well as helping with programming projects. It's one of my favorite things to see my students' satisfaction when they've finally figured out a bug and have their code running smoothly! I like to challenge myself by learning new languages and I've even participated in a few Game Jams!
