About Me

I have a passion for helping others learn and setting specific goals that will meet the learner(s) needs, as well as expanding them to new horizons. I like to create stimulating lessons, using interactive technology, and tailor them to student's interests to keep lesson/sessions exciting! I also strive for student's to see the practical use of their learning, it's importance and how it is used in their everyday lives. I am a certified Microsoft Office Specialist and ESOL teacher, with 12+ years of experience. My 12 years of teaching includes: face to face classroom teaching, online teaching, and tutoring. I have taught and tutored elementary, middle, high school and collegiate students. I specialize in: English (reading, writing, phonics) Math Computer Applications Website Building/XHTML Coding ELL or TESOL I graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Education, with a concentration in Business/Career/Technology Education.
