About Me

I have a BA in History and Minor in Chinese Studies from the University of Louisville, I studied Chinese at Beijing Foreign Studies University for a summer term, have certification as a middle and high school Social Studies teacher, AP Human Geography, TEFL, and have a MA in Teaching from the University of the Cumberlands. I have been tutoring adults and children since 2009 professionally and as a volunteer. I can help with anything under the social studies umbrella as well as general education through the college level. I prefer to tutor in History, Geography and Politics as those areas are of greatest interest and experience for me. I am happy to meet you where you are and build towards your goals, or to set goals together so we can work for them. I'm interested in history, politics, some light sports, video games, film and TV.
