I have taught college students during their clinical rotations in laboratory. Additionally, I taught religious education in 7th and 8th grade for 15 years. I acquired certifications in my field (ASCP) and also in the field of Food Microbiology (HAACP, SQF). My areas of expertise are in Biology, Food Science, Chemistry and Microbiology. I possess strong writing skills due to my years of supervision in the laboratory. In addition, I have many years experience teaching students from grade school through high school in a variety of subjects. I have educated students with identified learning disabilities and multiple handicaps. I am a voracious reader and I am always striving to further my knowledge. I am a proud mother to four adopted children from South Korea, two of whom are college graduates in the fields of Nursing and Architecture. My youngest child has a identified learning disability and is an honor roll student at our local high school.
