I am an educational researcher with 25 years of experience, working from K-12 to the tertiary level, Internationally. I am very passionate about teaching students, and differentiating instruction, thereby enabling all students to maximize their potential. Education - I graduated from the University of the West Indies with a major in Computer Science, then I migrated to Miami, Florida, USA, and graduated with a Masters in Special Education, from the University of Miami and a Ph.D. in Educational Subjects, from the University of Nebraska, LN. Over the last twenty-five years plus, I have worked with students K-12 as a mathematics and reading teacher, a special education specialist, an Assistant Principal, and a Principal. Currently, I work as an education consultant with various school districts guiding teachers. I have also been tutoring and teaching online and face-to-face in various settings - tutoring small and large groups and teaching in rural, suburban, and urban classrooms and home settings.

I am an educational researcher, whose interest is in the field of differentiated instruction. My hobbies are singing and playing scrabble.
