About Me

I am a graduate with a bachelor's in psychology from Athens State University who has a passion to help others and share what I have learned both academically and through life experiences. I want to help anyone going through challenges as they are apart of our everyday life. I also believe that learning can be fun if approached in the right way and that we are always learning in some form or fashion. I believe knowledge is so important because it helps us in understanding the world around us. I was an after school teacher and karate instructor at Alexander Martial Arts before COVID came. I am presently planning on furthering my education in the fall to receive my Master's degree and become a licensed therapist.
