I am a Duke University graduate in Economics and Computer Science. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree at the Yale School of Management. I have worked in the financial field, both at a management consulting firm and a fortune 500 company. My hobbies include playing and coaching soccer.

I am a 2023 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Finance/Economics major and a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I am a passionate student in the math and business realms, as I enjoy the intuitiveness of the former and the real-world potential of the latter. During classes in middle and high school, I developed a reputation of being a good source of help within my classes in a non-tutor capacity, and grew that into a peer tutor role a couple times a week during lunch my senior year of high school. What I hope to accomplish with my tutoring is ensure that you not only achieve your desired grade/score, but see how the different concepts relate to each other in the bigger picture. The more important part is to critically think about the subject matter in other, more unfamiliar contexts. Also, in my math subjects, I seek to provide personal secrets in realms including quicker computation strategies, unique acronyms for certain rules, and other intuitive shortcuts.

I am most passionate about microeconomics and have taken many classes in the subject area in college and business school. I think it provides a very logical and analytical framework of understanding many of things we observe in every day life and thus is incredibly helpful and engaging.

I am there to help a student succeed. As a math teacher, I realize that math is one of the most difficult subject for most students. However, when a student can solve a challenging math problem, this can be a major confidence booster. It also gives that positive feeling to the student that s/he can do almost anything. My goal is to help develop that inner confidence within the student so that they have that confidence that they can accomplish anything.

I'm Kyle, I'm from Pittsburgh, PA and I go to Penn State at the Schreyer Honors College. My favorite subject is math and in high school my favorite activities were FBLA and Forensics Speech and Debate. I'm a huge sports fan, especially for Penn State football and basketball, Pirates baseball, and Steelers football.

I have a master degree in accounting from University of Texas (Arlington), a master degree in education from Harvard University and a Bachelor degree in Psychology from National Taiwan University.
