I am a recent graduate from the University of Virginia, with two bachelor degrees in Neuroscience and Math, along with a minor in Chemistry. I am extremely passionate about science research and worked as a bioinformatician/data analyst at UVA's Center for Brain, Immunology, and Glia. During my four years, I have successfully applied for 3 research grants and 1 scholarship independently. I have published 1 paper in Nature and recently submitted another. I hope to become a medical scientist (MD/PhD) involved in translational medicine, so that I can develop and arm doctors and nurses with new and powerful tools to better combat diseases.

I am currently a Senior at the University of Maryland, College Park pursuing a double degree in Civil Engineering and Geography. I know that standardized tests can be a source of anxiety for many, but I believe that with appropriate preparation and study techniques anyone can master their required standardized test.
