Based in Philadelphia but born and raised in southeastern Florida, a love of history has persisted within me since I was a child, and it has been my dream to have the opportunity to share my passion with others, and to get them engaged in the ongoing preservation of our collective past. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Public History, and I received a Master's Degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Florida in 2018. As a tutor, I specialize in American and European history, and also tutor writing and language arts. My philosophy is learning through creating, and I believe that creativity is the best outlet to learn and retain knowledge.

I have a love for video games, especially role-playing games set within fantasy or sci-fi universes. I am an avid fan of football and basketball, but soccer has always been my favorite sport to play. I am a huge trivia nerd, especially when it comes to pop culture. Musically, I played low-brass instruments in concert, jazz, and marching bands throughout my middle and high school years. My favorite bands include Pearl Jam, Jethro Tull, and the Allman Brothers Band.
