I have taught English As a Second Language, English, GED, Reading for all grades, Phonics, Parenting classes and American Citizenship classes. I just got back from an annual mission trip to Ghana, West Africa where I trained teachers K- 12. It was a wonderful experience. I studied and have an undergraduate degree in Education and French. I have an Executive MBA and was the CEO of a New York City non profit. As the CEO I was responsible for bringing many innovative programs to the agency, I wrote all proposals for funding and forged important partnerships. Once such partnership was with Microsoft to start a technology center in that particular Urban area. I love teaching both children and adults and believe that people should be live long learners. There is always something that you can learn from others. One must be open and respect differences in others in order to receive knowledge. I look forward to this onine experience and I plan to do my very best.
