I am a senior at the University of Arkansas, where I am studying special education (K-12). I have extensive experience working one-on-one with students to help them reach academic goals. My primary areas of expertise are math and literacy, as well as social studies.

I believe all students can learn and that the key to learning is instruction that meets the learner at their level. I am a believer of building instruction systematically so that students can gain confidence and achieve academically. However, I have experienced that at the core of all good instruction is having a positive relationship between the teacher and student.

Personally, I really enjoy reading, playing sports, and spending time with my friends.
