Vascular ultrasoundI love doing ultrasounds and have been doing it for the last 11 years.I have worked in hospitals, traveling ultrasound job and currently I am working full time in a Vascular, Fibroid and Oncology Center.I want to share my knowledge about ultrasound to everyone who is interested in learning it. I will share my job experiences and registry exams experiences and how to pass them in first attempt. I have passed all my exams in first attempts.I also own ultrasound machine Mindray MX 7. I can teach all kinds of ultrasound machines. Let me know what is your primary focus in learning ultrasound and I will do my best to assist you with all your study materials and questions.

My personal education consists of a high school degree with classes largly focused in math and science, and I am currently working towards an Aerospace Engineering degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder. In high school, I worked with 5th grade students tutoring math. Beyond that, I was always avaliable to help my classmates learn topics that I may have understood better at the time. Overall, math and science courses are my favorite to help people with because I enjoy those courses myself and think the knowledge is not hard to learn if given the right teacher and enough time. In teaching, I like to understand the level of comprehension the student has first before just going in and telling them what he/she should do. It is more effective to learn how to teach yourself the knowledge than to just be able to regurgitate it onto a test. Other than academics, I like playing basketball, video games, and just hanging out and messing around with friends.

I recently graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Physics, and I will be attending Northeastern University to continue my education with a Ph.D. in Physics. I love helping students succeed, and I bring a strong Math and Science background to help students struggling with these difficult subjects. I believe that the secret to succeeding in these subjects is not in memorizing solutions and equations, but by developing problem solving skills so students will know how to approach and set up problems in any STEM setting.

I graduated with a degree in English Literature and a minor in Film Theory from the University of Houston Honors College Spring 2015. As a community arts organizer, English student, and tutor, I am absolutely focused on accessibility. I devote my daily life to creating an open and inviting community in which anyone is welcome. I passionately believe in our roles as lifelong learners and do not think that education should stop after a certain age or stop after a certain quota is met. No one should be made to feel that learning is unapproachable! In my "arts life," I founded a pop-up gallery devoted to a democratized sharing of art with consistent workshops, free entry, and discussion sessions. I have also spent much of my life in other countries including England, the Netherlands, and Turkey, and I prize the diverse outlook that has given me. Although my focus has been English tutoring, I extend this philosophy across school and test prep subjects. As a tutor, I approach students with an enthusiastic but professional attitude that focuses on them as individuals. I am always willing to listen and engage in discussion if something is unclear and work together with students to find answers that we both understand and believe in.

I am a graduate of Tufts University and Columbia University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on ethnic and cultural identity formation. I received my Master of Public Administration in Urban and Gender Economic Development. I have traveled extensively, working with the French Ministry of Education to work with children and adult English Language Learners to develop their spoken and written English skills. I currently tutor middle school students at a local after-school enrichment program. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English Language Arts and History. I am a firm advocate for the transformative power of education and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. When I???m not tutoring, I enjoy reading fiction and nonfiction books, photography, yoga and knitting.

I am currently teaching IB Biology HL and SL and IB Marine Science SL to 11th and 12th grade students at an independent college prep school. I have over 6 years of experience preparing students for the IB assessments in these subjects, as well as assisting them as they develop their IAs. My students consistently score above the global average in both subjects (my average student performance is above 5), with several earning 7s overall.In addition to my work as a classroom teacher, I spent several years teaching marine science, environmental science, ecology, and biology to students in grades 3-12 through outdoor and outreach education programs.I am a graduate of both Connecticut College (BA Biology) and the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (MS Marine Affairs and Policy). While my undergraduate degree was in biology, my coursework spanned biology, chemistry, and several upper-level marine science topics, which prepared me for my graduate work. As part of my masters degree, I completed my thesis is the GIS mapping, tracking, and community-based removal of derelict fishing gear in the Florida Keys.Prior to teaching, I worked in field research, science communication, and environmental policy development and advocacy. I want all of my students to be successful, but I am most concerned with them developing their integrity, character, and an appreciation for their education. I strive to make challenging concepts and subjects relatable, fun, and less intimidating for all students, and I aim to make science a subject that they can appreciate and grow in, no matter their age or interests.

I have a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. I have been tutoring for 2 years and I really enjoy it. Math and Science are my favorite subjects and I am excited to help anyone understand these concepts.
