When I explain topics to students that they do not understand I use an I do, we do, you do approach. I try to break the problems down into small steps that they comprehend. One of my philosophies is Mistakes are Valuable. I want students to feel comfortable making mistakes and then learning from them. I truly enjoy watching students grow in their confidence in their math skills.

I enjoy spending time with my family! We enjoy hosting gatherings, watching sporting events, movies, and going out to eat. We also like to spend with our very cute dog. Some of the other things I like to do in my free time are exercising, meeting up with friends, reading, and traveling.
