Hi! My name is Bonny Greenlee, and I'm an experienced elementary educator with more than 15 years of teaching experience in both traditional and virtual classrooms, including overseas on a military base. I've taught students in kindergarten through fourth grade, and for the past five years, I've worked as a virtual elementary teacher, supporting students with a wide variety of learning needs. I believe every child can succeed when instruction is personalized, encouraging, and meets them where they are. I use a patient, positive approach and break concepts down into manageable steps so students can experience success and continue to grow. I especially enjoy working with elementary students in reading and math. I have a master's degree in Reading and Language Arts, and I'm LETRS certified, which means I have specialized training in the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy. Whether a student needs support with foundational reading skills, improving comprehension, strengthening math concepts, or simply gaining confidence in their abilities, I tailor each session to meet their individual needs and learning style. My goal is not only to help students master academic skills but also to help them enjoy learning and believe in themselves.
