To teach is to make an impact that can stretch far beyond our computer screens. I believe in teaching to transgress--that knowledge and learning can permanently elevate our place in life. I am a high school English teacher in rural Illinois. I have published op-eds, poetry, and research. Writing is my passion. I am looking forward to writing alongside you!
