Hi there! I'm Florence, and I love helping students feel confident and capable in their learning. I tutor at Yale and enjoy working with students across a range of subjects, from Spanish to humanities (literature, history, philosophy, and film). Whether you're preparing for an exam, working through an essay, or just trying to better understand a concept, I'm here to make the process feel clear, engaging, and even enjoyable. My academic background in Humanities at Yale has trained me to think critically across disciplines, and I bring that same approach into my tutoring, helping students not just memorize, but truly understand and connect ideas. As a Spanish tutor, I also focus on making language learning feel natural and practical, building both fluency and confidence.
