Richard

For more than ten years, I've served as a mentor, helping students and professionals build confidence, develop new skills, and reach meaningful goals. Today, as a professor, I continue to see firsthand how the right support can transform someone's trajectory. Tutoring is another way for me to give back. I love breaking down complex ideas, meeting learners where they are, and creating an encouraging environment where they feel capable and motivated. Whether someone needs clarity, structure, or a boost of confidence, I'm committed to helping them grow and succeed
