About Me

I have been teaching English as a Second Language for over twenty years to adults in class room settings at community college, private international companies and currently online one-on-one . At the start of the first lesson, I take the time to get know the person, their likes and dislikes, extra activities and what that person hopes to accomplish with short and long term goals. I personalize lessons to the student's goals and always check the student is pleased and eager to learn in a safe and enjoyable setting. My background is especially skilled at identifying opportunities for improvement, with proven ability to create an environment which leads the student to personal improvement and growth.
