About Me

As a passionate educator with a Master's in Spanish Language Teaching from East Texas A&M University, I have over 14 years of experience in both tutoring and classroom settings. My specialties include English as a Second Language (ESL) for all levels; Spanish Language as L2, Culture, as well as all levels of Conversational Spanish and Spanish 1 through 4, AP Spanish. I believe in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and engage with the language. My approach is adapting to individual learning styles and needs, emphasizing practical application and cultural context to enhance understanding. I am motivated by the joy of watching my students grow in confidence and skill, and in my free time, I enjoy exploring new cultures through travel and literature.
