As a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Teacher and Department Chair, I've guided diverse learners in cybersecurity, coding, and robotics by pairing empathy with structure: clear goals, small steps, and frequent feedback. I honor IEP/504 supports, use data to target gaps, and turn abstract ideas into practical, hands-on learning. In sessions we model, practice, and "teach-back" to build confidence and independence. Outside the classroom, I prioritize family time, carve out space to learn new things, and relax with audiobooks. I also love to dance and sing-not because I’m good by any means, I just like being goofy and having fun.
