I am a certified communications coach and tutor who helps professionals, executives and students hone their voices, build presence, and communicate with clarity and impact. Drawing on over a decade of experience in media, corporate communications and facilitation, I partner with students to identify the message they want to share, the audiences they need to reach, and the barriers that stand in the way. In our sessions, you'll gain a customized roadmap: we work on core fundamentals like clarity, structure and authenticity, while also developing adaptive skills for high-stakes settings like presentations and speaking engagements.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about practices that keep me grounded and inspired. I love yoga and meditation for the balance and clarity they bring to both body and mind. When I’m not on the mat, you’ll usually find me reading a great book or hiking a new trail near my home.
