About Me

My name is Ms. Sarah Bolema, and I am passionate about supporting students as they navigate their academic journeys. With a Master's degree in Special Education from Grand Valley State University and over 5 years of tutoring and 30 years of classroom experience, from elementary to high school. I specialize in Elementary School Math, Reading, Writing, ESL/ELL, and Executive Functioning skills. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a positive mindset and building on each student's unique strengths. I believe that by identifying and utilizing their natural talents, we can effectively address challenges and achieve their educational goals together.
