About Me

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher (post-PhD) with the University of Toronto, having finished my PhD in cancer research (aging and immortality of human cancer and stem cells). Aside from research, I am committed to quality, personalised education for undergraduate and high school biology students. I lecture with the university here, and am extensively involved with a high school scientific outreach programme bringing exciting experiments to schools around the city, from gel electrophoresis and DNA extractions, to glowing fluorescence live mice. I look forward to helping you with your biology studies and fostering an excitement for science and research along the way!
